About CC

Culture Catch is the result of an initiative aimed at practitioners engaged in cultural diversity management. Often academics and students talk about the challenges and benefits of cultural diversity in a closed classroom environment. The objective of Culture Catch is to extend this discussion beyond the walls of the business schools.

Culture Catch believes that there are a great number of practitioners and managers in the current business environment that would benefit greatly from an inspiring open cross cultural discussion about the utilization of diversity.

The goal of Culture Catch is to jump start an initiative that will foster further discussion and interaction among the people who agree with the fact that diversity is an unexploited competitive resource that many companies and organizations are not fully taking advantage of.

Who is behind Culture Catch?
Culture Catch is developed by Hans Ubbe Ebbesen as part of a term project in a course titled Managing Effectively Across Cultures. Hans attended this MBA elective at Michael G. Foster School of Business during his time at University of Washington in autumn 2007.
